Terms of Service (Terms of Use)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wolio services, including Wolio Portfolio at portfolio.wolio.link and Wolio Link Tracker at app.wolio.link (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service

Wolio Portfolio lets you create and publish a public portfolio link. Wolio Link Tracker lets you create tracked links that redirect to a destination URL. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

2) Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information, including a valid email. You are responsible for account activity and for maintaining the security of your login access.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or share unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content/links
• Distribute malware, phishing, or malicious code
• Scrape, overload, or otherwise disrupt the Service or infrastructure
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

We may suspend, rate-limit, or terminate access for violations or suspected abuse.

4) Your content and destination links

You are responsible for all content you publish and all destination URLs you configure. You represent that you have the right to use that content and those links. Wolio does not control third-party destinations and is not responsible for their availability, security, or policies.

5) Analytics are directional, not guaranteed

Open/click analytics are best-effort signals and may include automated traffic (for example, security scanners and prefetchers). Wolio may flag likely bot/scanner activity, but we do not guarantee perfect classification.

Wolio does not guarantee identification of specific people or companies.

6) Plans, pricing, and "unlimited" usage

The Service may include free and paid plans. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Features, limits, and pricing can change at any time.
• Any "unlimited" feature is subject to reasonable use, system integrity, and abuse prevention.
• If usage is excessive, automated, abusive, or materially impacts other users, we may apply reasonable limits (including rate, storage, throughput, or other caps), suspend specific features, or require a plan change.
• Free plan access may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

If you purchase paid features, billing terms (price, renewal, cancellation) will be presented at purchase or in-product.

7) Service availability and changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update infrastructure, or modify functionality without prior notice.

8) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal reasons, security risks, or operational needs.

9) No hiring or business outcome guarantee

Use of Wolio does not guarantee interviews, offers, hiring outcomes, traffic outcomes, or business results.

10) Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolio and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content/links, or your breach of these Terms.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable provincial/territorial laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
